How do I get started with Vesta?

I didn’t receive a registration email after downloading the app. What should I do?

First, make sure that the email address associated with your Shopify account is correct:

1. In your Shopify admin page, click on Settings, then click General, as shown below:

2.Make sure that the email addresses in the "Store contact email" and "Sender email" fields are correct:

If your email address is incorrect, follow the steps below to ensure that the extension will work as expected:

1. Delete the Guaranteed Fraud Protection app from your Shopify store by using the Apps menu in the left hand navigation.

2. Correct the email addresses in the "Store contact email" and the "Sender email" fields, and save the changes.

3. Re-install the Guaranteed Fraud Protection app.
